Then: Thirty small houses built in the early 1800s for working people. The site was later used for a clothing factory established by George Holloway
Now: In 1999, the site was cleared for housing

In the early 19th century, Joseph Grazebrook erected Brick Row as housing for working people. It consisted of 30 small houses, built over three years. Before 1903, George Holloway erected a clothing factory on the site. After a serious fire, the surviving parts of the factory were used as a warehouse for office equipment. In 1999, the site was cleared for housing.

From January 2016, this website is managed by Stroud Local History Society
